I'm a 20-something nurse in the Pacific Northwest who has recently turned to a gluten free, dairy free, and corn free diet in order to get rid of some pesky physical discomforts. There are plenty of resources on the "gfcf" diet, but most of those foods and recipes include corn....as do the vast majority of foods on the market. I'm also eliminating artificial sweeteners and trying to limit my cane sugar intake. This is my path of discovery.
Addendum 3/2013: You may have noticed an absence of nuts on this blog. I have been avoiding them all as I clarify my allergens. So far I've tested peanuts and my body has rejected them...so no peanuts for me!
